Full Metal Panic is arguably more of a school-life anime with some giant robots in it than a straightforward mecha anime. The story is very much super robot, explosive over the top action with little regard for logical sciences - but there's so much more to it than that. With so many great things to say about this series, it's very difficult to decide where to begin.
